Led by Master Deepak, a certified yoga teacher from India, each session combines ancient techniques of Hatha and Vinyasa yoga with mindful breathing, meditation, and soothing sound healing — creating a deeply restorative experience.

Unlike regular studio classes, this session takes place right on the beach at sunrise, where the sound of the ocean and the golden morning light naturally calm your mind. Whether you’re a beginner or an advanced yogi, every class is tailored to your comfort level, making it personal and welcoming.

You won’t just practice yoga — you’ll feel a true connection with nature, peace, and self, while beginning your day with gratitude and energy.

As the first light of dawn touches Patong Beach at 6:55 am, you’ll meet your yoga teacher from Aadi Yoga and Sound Healing Centre right on the soft sands by the ocean. Begin your morning surrounded by the sound of gentle waves and the refreshing sea breeze — the perfect setting to awaken your body and mind. Your class starts with gentle warm-up stretches and breathing techniques (Pranayama) to connect your energy with nature. Then, flow through a series of traditional Indian Hatha and Vinyasa yoga postures, guided by Master Deepak, an experienced yoga teacher from India who blends classical yoga wisdom with a friendly, accessible teaching style. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced yogi, each movement is adapted to your level. You’ll enjoy the sunrise glow as you move, stretch, and strengthen your body — feeling completely present and peaceful. The session concludes with a Savasana relaxation to help you enter a deep state of calm and mindfulness. After class, you can take a few quiet moments to enjoy the view, capture photos, or dip your feet into the ocean — refreshed, centred, and ready for the day ahead.

The Most Authentic Indian Yoga School in Phuket! Amazing Beach Yoga & Sound Healing in Phuket Thailand

If you are looking for an authentic yoga school in Phuket, look no further than Aadi Yoga & Sound Healing Center in Patong. I recently completed their basic yoga course, and the entire experience was deeply transformative.What sets this center apart is the authenticity of the teachers—all of the instructors are traditional yogis from Rishikesh, India, bringing true Himalayan lineages and genuine knowledge to Thailand. During my time here, I participated in three main programs: Basic Yoga Course: Perfect for both beginners and intermediate practitioners. The instructors focus heavily on breathwork, proper alignment, and gentle flows. Sunrise Beach Yoga: Practicing beach yoga at Patong Beach while watching the sunrise was a magical experience. Listening to the real ocean waves while meditating is something I will never forget. Sound Therapy Sessions: Their private sound healing sessions using Himalayan singing bowls provided incredible emotional release, stress relief, and deep relaxation. This is hands-down the best place for a digital detox and wellness in Phuket. Highly recommended for anyone wanting traditional Indian yoga and professional sound bath therapy! 10/5 stars
