Fondata nel 1875, esplora l'autenticità di una casa familiare indipendente i cui segreti di produzione sono stati tramandati da 6 generazioni. La casa è gestita dalla famiglia Braastad e gestisce la tenuta in modo tradizionale essendo un attore dalla vite al bicchiere. Immergiti nei segreti della produzione del cognac attraverso le diverse fasi della produzione: storia, know-how, distillazione. Questa immersione nel cuore del cognac ti porterà nelle nostre cantine e ti introdurrà all'arte dell'invecchiamento e della miscelazione. Infine, dopo una visita al nostro gabinetto delle curiosità, l'esperienza si conclude con la degustazione. Presentiamo i nostri 3 cognac da degustazione più antichi XO; Superiore XO ed Extra. Another year ,another exceptional tour. I have been on the Braastad tour a number of times with various friends . It continues to be the best tour of a cognac distillery. Erik is a star, interesting, enthusiastic and full of knowledge of the history of this cognac. All my friends come away with positive and enjoyable thoughts. I would totally reccomend a Braastad distillery tour to anyone seeking to learn the cognac industry. A huge thankyou to you Erik. Once again you have made the tour brilliant . Excellent detailed tour through all aspects of cognac production & history of Tiffon & Braastad. Eric was wonderful, friendly, informative. He made us feel very welcome.
Met with Eric who spoke eloquently and passionately in English about the history of cognac all the way to modern day. I will definitely revisit again.
The place, the ambience, and the attitude of Eric made the tour something special. We visited all the key part of the facilities and were walked through the whole process while hearing anecdotes and interesting facts about the region and the making of cognac.
Eric, the Braastad guide, presented an engaging story about the distillery and its products. He patiently answered all of our questions (we had a lot!) and was generous in introducing us to the cognacs at the end of the tour.
This was an amazing experience for us, who knew absolutely nothing about cognac. The tour of the buildings and distillery was extremely interesting as was learning about the history of the beautiful building, cognac itself and the family who built this enterprise. Eric was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions (there were lots!) and shared so much information with us. We were very lucky to have him to ourselves and he was just so friendly and accommodating. Can’t recommend him highly enough - a great guide!
