Con una ubicación ideal en Jarnac, a orillas del Charente, los establecimientos TIFFON le invitan a descubrir su patrimonio excepcional en un edificio emblemático. Fundada en 1875, explore la autenticidad de una casa familiar independiente cuyos secretos de producción se han transmitido durante 6 generaciones. La Casa está dirigida por la familia Braastad y gestiona la finca de manera tradicional siendo un actor desde la vid hasta la copa. Sumérgete en los secretos de la elaboración del coñac a través de las diferentes etapas de producción: historia, saber hacer, destilación. Esta inmersión en el corazón del coñac lo llevará a nuestras bodegas y lo introducirá en el arte del envejecimiento y la mezcla. Finalmente, tras una visita a nuestro gabinete de curiosidades, la experiencia finaliza con la degustación. Presentamos nuestros 3 coñacs de cata más antiguos XO; Superior XO y Extra. Another year ,another exceptional tour. I have been on the Braastad tour a number of times with various friends . It continues to be the best tour of a cognac distillery. Erik is a star, interesting, enthusiastic and full of knowledge of the history of this cognac. All my friends come away with positive and enjoyable thoughts. Met with Eric who spoke eloquently and passionately in English about the history of cognac all the way to modern day. I will definitely revisit again.
The place, the ambience, and the attitude of Eric made the tour something special. We visited all the key part of the facilities and were walked through the whole process while hearing anecdotes and interesting facts about the region and the making of cognac.
Eric, the Braastad guide, presented an engaging story about the distillery and its products. He patiently answered all of our questions (we had a lot!) and was generous in introducing us to the cognacs at the end of the tour.
This was an amazing experience for us, who knew absolutely nothing about cognac. The tour of the buildings and distillery was extremely interesting as was learning about the history of the beautiful building, cognac itself and the family who built this enterprise. Eric was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions (there were lots!) and shared so much information with us. We were very lucky to have him to ourselves and he was just so friendly and accommodating. Can’t recommend him highly enough - a great guide!
