In idealer Lage in Jarnac am Ufer der Charente laden Sie die TIFFON-Einrichtungen ein, ihr außergewöhnliches Erbe in einem emblematischen Gebäude zu entdecken. Entdecken Sie die Authentizität eines 1875 gegründeten unabhängigen Familienhauses, dessen Produktionsgeheimnisse seit 6 Generationen weitergegeben werden. Das Haus wird von der Familie Braastad geführt und führt das Anwesen auf traditionelle Weise, indem es ein Schauspieler von der Rebe bis zum Glas ist. Tauchen Sie ein in die Geheimnisse der Cognac-Herstellung durch die verschiedenen Produktionsstufen: Geschichte, Know-how, Destillation. Dieser Tauchgang in das Herz des Cognacs führt Sie in unsere Keller und führt Sie in die Kunst des Alterns und Mischens ein. Nach einem Besuch in unserem Kuriositätenkabinett endet das Erlebnis schließlich mit der Verkostung. Wir präsentieren unsere 3 ältesten Cognacs XO; Überlegenes XO und Extra. Another year ,another exceptional tour. I have been on the Braastad tour a number of times with various friends . It continues to be the best tour of a cognac distillery. Erik is a star, interesting, enthusiastic and full of knowledge of the history of this cognac. All my friends come away with positive and enjoyable thoughts. Met with Eric who spoke eloquently and passionately in English about the history of cognac all the way to modern day. I will definitely revisit again.
The place, the ambience, and the attitude of Eric made the tour something special. We visited all the key part of the facilities and were walked through the whole process while hearing anecdotes and interesting facts about the region and the making of cognac.
Eric, the Braastad guide, presented an engaging story about the distillery and its products. He patiently answered all of our questions (we had a lot!) and was generous in introducing us to the cognacs at the end of the tour.
This was an amazing experience for us, who knew absolutely nothing about cognac. The tour of the buildings and distillery was extremely interesting as was learning about the history of the beautiful building, cognac itself and the family who built this enterprise. Eric was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions (there were lots!) and shared so much information with us. We were very lucky to have him to ourselves and he was just so friendly and accommodating. Can’t recommend him highly enough - a great guide!
