There we will stop for about 1 hour where you can admire splendid views, the cathedral with the panorama of Etna and the famous Turrisi bar, where you can taste the famous almond wine.
On the way back we will go to Taormina, where we will stop for about 2 hours to visit the entire Corso Umberto, where there are numerous shops, the ancient Greek theatre, and the possibility of tasting typical local products, or if you prefer there will also be the possibility of extending the stop if you wish to have lunch there.
On the way back we will stop "at the balcony", where we can admire the panorama of Isola Bella and take some photos.
On the way back to Messina, we will stop at Cristo Re, where you can admire the panorama of the Strait of Messina and the Duomo cathedral with the largest astronomical clock in Europe.
If you want, we will offer you one of the typical local products such as arancini, granita or cannoli.

Castelmola
Departing from the port of Messina it takes about 60 minutes to get to Castelmola. Along the way we will admire the landscapes of Sicily and take a journey into the past retracing the history of the island. Arrived in the medieval village we will stop for about 1 hour where you can admire beautiful views, typical local shops, the cathedral with the view of Etna and the famous Turrisi bar, where you can taste almond wine if you wish.

Taormina
We will arrive in Taormina in a short time from Castelmola, here we will stop for about 2 hours you will independently visit the entire Old Town, where there are numerous shops, the ancient Greek theater, and the opportunity to taste typical local products, or if you like there will also be the opportunity to extend the stop if you want to have lunch there. On the way back we will stop at a panoramic point, where we can admire the panorama of the Isola Bella Nature Reserve. We will stay there for about 10 minutes and after a few photos we will leave for Messina

Messina
Once back in Messina, we will stop at Cristo Re, panoramic and historical point, where you can admire the panorama of the Strait of Messina. Also in Messina, if you want, we will take you to taste one of our typical local products, in the places where locals go before ending the tour at the Duomo with its beautiful astronomical clock.

Andrea was an incredible guide! He interacted with each of us, explained the history of each stop and provided us with great views and even bought us food! We were on a 3 week cruise and this was the best of the 14 excursions we did. I wish we had more time in Sicily but would HIGHLY recommend this tour.
This is the second time we booked with Angelo. First time was as 2 families this time as a couple. Angelo was able to meet all of our requests making it so special for my partner who has a special birthday this year. We saw parts of the Island we didn’t see the first time. We also got to access parts of the island we would never have seen had we chosen to go with a tour bus due to the narrow roads. We had a guide with us this time also, Alex who was English speaking and amazing. Having local knowledge is the best. We got to eat the best Arancini balls on the island, along with sampling lemoncello, canolli, granita and brioche. From start to finish we had lots of laughs creating memories that will last forever. We never felt rushed at any of our stops and had confidence we would make it back in good time for our ship. After each stop Angelo would make sure the van was air conditioned keeping it cool as it was super hot as well as providing all the cold refreshments. We consider Angelo and Alex as family. If you want a fun excursion make sure and book with Angelo you will not be disappointed. Until next time my friend 💙
We had the most amazing day with Andrea who took us to Taormina, Castemola, and Isola Bella. He was a very safe driver along the windy roads of Sicily and brought a positive energy to the day! Andrea was patient, kind, knowledgeable and did all he could to make our day memorable. We could not asked for more exploring this beautiful place. Angelo and his guide Oleksandra are wonderful. The knowledge they shared was amazing and they were very accommodating to my limited mobility needs and adjusted the tour accordingly. We had a great time and would book them again.
