To explore the wider grounds, we hired a buggy, which was a fantastic way to take in the vast gardens and reach highlights such as Marie Antoinette’s house. We also enjoyed wandering through the beautifully maintained private gardens, which added to the sense of stepping back in time. Overall, it was a memorable experience that combined history, culture, and stunning surroundings — highly recommended for anyone visiting Versailles.
