1 Hour Gyrocopter Flight from Brighton to Beachy Head

Very though preflight briefing with emphasis on safety. The flight was well managed and carried out very professionally Visibility was good and landmarks were easy to pick out enhancing the whole experience It was an outstanding experience and I’m booking another flight. What more can I say.

What a great experience. Lloyd was a great host and pilot and really easy to engage with. We had fabulous weather so the views were incredible and so with the relaxed chatter during the flight, the time just flew by, literally. Thank you Lloyd!

This was an absolutely brilliant experience. Lloyd explained everything very clearly and was happy to fly my preferred route across West Sussex rather than eastward which also allowed my grandchildren to watch me fly past their home! This was my first experience of flying in an open cockpit and allowed for amazing views all around (and down!) Although small, the gyroplane felt very stable in flight, even during the time that Lloyd let me take the controls! I would thoroughly recommend this experience to anybody.

Yesterday I showed my grand-daughter a buzzard slowly ascending on thermals way above our back garden in mid-Sussex. This evening, I took this gyrocopter 1 hour flight above the South Downs and Sussex shoreline - a landscape of so many tales over the last 35 years of my life and all piloted by the very capable and amiable Lloyd. For such a small craft, it's incredibly stable and there was no turbulence nor Rosa Klebb et al trying to shoot us down! My wife, who bought me this experience as a 60th birthday present, asked me afterwards whether I was frightened whilst flying: the honest answer was 'no' as I was too busy focusing on the different view of the landmarks that have featured in my recent life, the people I've met along the way...and just how green the Amex's grass is compared to everywhere else given the current drought! In short, this experience has all the 'wow factor' you could ever need. But like that buzzard, in what I can only describe as a calmly exhilerating way.

Great trip - really glad I tried this. Stunning scenery and the experience feels very 'direct' with the open cockpit. I particularly enjoyed having a go on the controls, with Lloyd talking me through what to do.
