Had a great few hours on this trip. The cars are fun and easy to drive and the views exceptional. Not cheap, but well worth the money and a different way of seeing things
I booked this tour last minute as the tour I had booked was cancelled due to lack of people singed up. This is a sightseeing tour with tour provided content at stops. You will be driving the tiny cars and navigating the traffic. This was not an issue for me and it was great driving around and seeing the sights. The stops allowed for time to explore a bit and the cars had bluetooth speakers so you could play your music from your phone. Our Guide Paula was a lovely young local lady who grew up in Nice. She was excellent at sharing details about each of our stops and was great making sure every stayed together. There were 4 cars in our little group. We drove from Nice to Villa La Franche and to the fortress with stops at the beach and other locations. The cars were pretty easy to drive and the locals were understanding in letting us stay together. The weather was awesome and the views were stunning.
We had a wonderful day exploring the views from multiple villages along the French Riveria. Arlindo was the best! He was so knowledgeable and gave us time to take in the views at each spot without feeling rushed. Driving in France can be challenging but since we were in a smaller car and following Arlindo made it much easier and stress free. Great way to see a few villages in a short period of time so you aren’t spending your entire day on a tour.
Such a fun experience would definitely do this again if I was in Nice, and our guide Paula was so lovely and helpful
My husband and I took the sunset tour on our last night in Nice, and it was the perfect end to our trip! Our tour guide Jules was knowledgeable, friendly and took us to areas the we had not explored on our own including Villefranche-sur-Mer, and Saint-Jean cap-ferat. The cars were new, absolutely adorable and easy to drive (I was nervous about driving in Europe, but we left the busy area of the city almost immediately). There were several stops along the way which provided beautiful photo opportunities and time to chat with the guide and others on the tour (since we are all in our own cars). The were last stop was atop a cliffside lookout with panoramic views, perfectly timed with the sunset. I would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Nice!
