行程内容
You will drive your own off-road buggy, following a professional local guide/instructor on a circular route through the Meteora UNESCO Global Geopark. This is a guided self-drive experience: you drive, the guide leads at a safe pace. After arriving at our base, you receive a safety briefing and driving instructions, and we provide all protective equipment. The route quickly leaves paved roads and follows dirt tracks, forest roads and rocky paths. Along the way, you make frequent stops at scenic points and places of interest. The guide explains the landscape, geology and hidden monastic sites, and there is time for photos and short walks. Depending on conditions, the route may include small creek or river crossings, historic stone features and panoramic viewpoints. The tour finishes by looping back to the starting point. The focus is on scenery, exploration and safe off-road driving, not speed, making it suitable for beginners.

- The buggy driver must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver’s license. Travelers seated in the buggy’s passenger seat must be at least 6 years old.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult.
- The company/Guide's reserves the right to judge the capacities and abilities of a rider prior to the start of an SxS tour. In the case it's not safe for the riders and the rest of the group to participate, then a 50% refund will be issued.

This experience is really a lot of fun! You can drive or be driven. I love to drive but decided to be driven and it sure was a lot of fun! I got the 4 hour ultimate experience for 100 euros I think. It started raining during our ride so the guide had rain jackets and waters for us. Bring your warmer gear and coverings. You will need it! You will be taken all over and get to see monistaries and some really cool places only accessible by trail!
Nice to travel to isolated places with the off-road UTV
We had sooo much fun driving and leaning about Meteora the children were happy and comfortable. We had a great tour guide named Nick who gave us so much information about the monasteries and the surroundings. Had a wonderful time with him. Have fun we loved it

My husband and I booked this last minute and it was the highlight of our trip!! So much fun, George & his family were wonderful. We saw unique spots that weren’t on other tours we did and had a lot of fun off roading. Highly recommend
It was a great experience! We had a great guide (Vasiliki) who has shown us hidden gems (off road monasteries) as well as great sight seeing. Truly recommend to anyone who arrives at Kalampaka.
Overall the experience is great. We did the 4 hour tour. Guide himself did a great job. His English is good. The path we took was varying from a little highway, to dirt roads, to very uneven and rocky and on 2-3 occasions crossing a minor river and even some mud. Of course expect it to get dusty especially if it’s been dry weather. You spend a little time looking At Meteora itself, and the rest is exploring back roads and nature north west of it. The buggy price we paid is 180 euro per buggy. They are anll 2 seaters, so if you have 3 people expect to have to rent an extra buggy regardless of age of your group.
