From/To Izmir Airport Private Transfer Services

While initial communication from the company was good, the overall experience was very disappointing. The vehicle provided was a regular 16 seater shuttle bus and nothing like the advertised luxury mini van pictured in their advertising. The driver was not waiting at the airport and arrived some 15 minutes later, after we contacted the company. He did not properly greet us, did not provide water and the a/c was ineffective. This was definitely not the luxury private transfer to our hotel that my partner and I expected and paid $$ for.

Great service, driver was waiting at airport with my name on a sign. Very comfortable drive to the hotel jn a luxury vehicle. Highly recommend using this service.

Fantastic service, no waiting around at the airport. The transfer even had lights on the roof of the cabin and a giant tv with you tube! The children loved it. All staff were friendly and there was plenty of water in the car for us. 5* thank you
