The cars were clean and comfortable, all our drivers were punctual, and most importantly, we always felt safe with their driving. Our first driver waited for us at the airport for over two hours because immigration clearance took much longer than expected. We really appreciated his patience and professionalism. A special thank you to Ketut, who was our driver and guide for a full-day tour. He was extremely attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. Throughout the day, he shared so much with us about Bali’s history, culture, traditions and everyday life. We learned a lot from him and really enjoyed his company throughout the entire day.
