Paolo was the tour guide for my family of 14 people. He was recommended to me by several friends who had previously used his services and raved about him. Paolo made the tour of the Amalfi coast so memorable. He was personable, patient, knowledgeable, engaging and provided exceptional service. My whole family loved him (from teens to seniors)! From pickup to drop off, this was an amazing adventure! Our guide was fantastic, he was friendly and punctual, while making sure to stop at some breathtaking views for photos. During the drive he filled us in on some of the rich history of a region he clearly loves and gave us some terrific tips on where to eat and what to do on our stops. Our group could not have been happier and we highly recommend this tour!
I cannot say enough good things about our experience with this company and our excursion. First, the communication was excellent. The company confirmed several days before the tour and gave clear directions on where to meet our driver. Our cruise was late docking at our port but Imperial ensured us all was okay and let our driver know we’d be late meeting him. When we arrived, Vincenzo, was waiting for us with a sign. We spotted him right away. He took us to our car and gave us water since it was hot outside. He was wonderful. He provided much information about Italy and the areas we passed through on our way to the Amalfi Coast. My two young teens enjoyed chatting which him about all things from Italy, Pompeii, to football and food. It was a perfect day for us. I highly recommend this tour and if you happen to get Vincenzo as your driver, you’ll have a wonderful day!
