Parasailing about the Dunes of Maspalomas

The experience was amazing all around. Firstly, someone phoned me to confirm my hotel and a time that would suit me and had transport from my hotel to the port which was comfortable and convenient. The lady on the phone was friendly and spoke great English. The cost was good considering the time of year, how long I was in the air (which they said depended on the weather etc) and the location and the beautiful view. I went on the boat with other families and couples, however I went by myself as it wasn’t my friends cup of tea. Considering I went as a lone female I did feel a bit nervous before hand about my safety and if something went wrong I didn’t have anyone I knew there, however when I was on the boat I felt safe and comfortable. Before going on the boat, the lady from the phone (I’m assuming manages this part of the company) explained the rules and had the rules written in different languages for everyone to read, for example a couple requested the Dutch version, and a father and son requested the French version. We went past Maspalomas, including the lighthouse and the dunes. On the boat there’s two members of staff, one sailing the boat and managing the rope connecting the parasail and another assisting and taking photos. They also offer a 360 camera you can take up with you. You can pay for just the photos or the photos and videos which was a cost of €30 for both. I had a misunderstanding with the photo and videos and the manager was friendly and helpful with resolving this. All in all the atmosphere of the experience was amazing and I’m looking forward to doing similar things like this in the future.

We booked with get your guide and I spoke to Alba via WhatsApp. She was so knowledgeable and friendly. Our pick up was arranged but when we arrived the captain said that the wind was too strong on that day to be safe, so we were taken back to the hotel and was re arrangements for later that day, alba was so apologetic, but there is y a lot you can do about the weather so we didn’t mind at all. It’s my first time parasailing so I’m happy they are so safety conscious. We went back later in the day, the wind was still a little too much over the dunes so we went towards purr to rico, in a speed boat, the captain made it so fun on the boat, when we went up on the sail we were gliding above schools of dolphins. What an experience. We also saw flying fish. It was absolutely amazing start to finish and Alba couldn’t have been more pleasant. It was an Absolutley amazing experience that should not be missed. Some unforgettable memories made right there. You go up with a 360 camera and there is a photographer on the boat. So it’s available for you to purchase the video and images if required at a very reasonable price. They are sent via WhatsApp and came really quickly and really good quality. Overall a five star experience.

We went parasailing with aqua tribe and it was super, the pickup was super nice and easy and the staff was super friendly as well. The boat and parasailing were super comfortable and professional.

Fantastic experience from start to finish! Picked up from our hotel anf taken to the boat... fabulous time out on the water and then taken back to our hotel. Great communication from staff. Would definitelt recommend!

Hey all. We booked a parasail this morning from our hotel room. (yes that easy). We were collected a few hours later by one of the aquatribe staff. Who drove us to the dock. The staff were so so friendly, Helpful, informative and just all out fun. We were a little nervous, But all the guys put our minds at ease. Myself and my son who is 14 did the flight. I cant say enough about how amazing it was, from start to finish. The boat felt so safe, Spotlessly clean & the crew in total control all of the time. I would advise anyone visiting Grand Canaria, to get in contact with the AQUATRIBE team. Trust me when I say you will be in for one of the most fun activities & experiences ever.
