RISKY!!! Caution: do not book this trip if you are part of a cruise! I established the meeting point for pickup and the company did NOT come to pick us up. We didn't have cell phone access because we're out of country. The company claims that they came to pick us up but we were there in the hot sun for over an hour with no one showing up at the pickup location. They say they tried to contact us but I'm from out of country and have no communications. I activated internet roaming on my phone to reach out to them and they didn't reply until 40 minutes after the tour is supposed to start. I have used TripAdvisor dozens of times and this has definitely been the absolute worst experience As a result, they took our money and did not give any refunds. They refuse to give a refund.

Amazing day at horse riding experience, completely professional staff, horses all loved and well looked after. Was my 9 year old daughter’s best day ever.
Today I joined a horse-riding activity. The horse was so well-behaved and easy to control.Mother with 3 kids. My little daughter, who is eight, was very scared at the beginning, but BEYZA was patient and gently guided her, telling her not to be afraid. In the end, she managed to ride the whole activity by herself successfully. This experience made me feel really good! Today, my three children also had a great time playing.
Absolutely brilliant experience lovely place great guides. Happy healthy horses owner was polite and very knowledgeable rook great care to match horses to riders. Water splash was a nice cool off for the feet at least. Great day 😀
It was an incredible adventure. We were nervous at first about how everything would go, but we needn't have been. The driver picked us up first, and then we paired up and headed out to meet our horses. It was incredible; we were given instructions on how to behave and what to do. My horse was the most active, and she refused to slow down. The views were simply stunning, and we were so pleased with our wonderful ride. And then I even got to feed my playful horse.
