Cendere Bridge
Severan Bridge (Cendere Köprüsü) is a remarkable example of late Roman engineering, located near the ancient city of Arsameia (modern-day Eskikale), about 55 km northeast of Adıyaman. Spanning the Cendere Çayı, a tributary of the Kâhta Creek, this historic bridge lies along the scenic route from Kâhta to Sincik. Built during the Roman period, the bridge was first documented in 1883 by renowned archaeologists Osman Hamdi Bey and Osman Efendi. It remains one of the best-preserved Roman bridges in the region. During our visit, which will last approximately 30 minutes, our guide will share all the fascinating details about its construction, historical significance, and the surrounding landscape.

We started from Urfa and back to Urfa, a long day from 9:30 and back at 8pm. The driver is really responsible and the guide is nice too. Overall we had a nice trip. One thing to mention is that the lunch is include, so all of us thought it should be something before the climbing. But we in the end had something until 5pm though the dinner is great. It would be better if there was some heads up, at least we could prepare something beforehand.

The road was a bit long from Sanliurfa but you should not miss visiting Mount Nemrut. It is absolutely fantastic. The only problem we had was that the French-speaking guide we had to replace and we had an English-speaking guide instead.
