Due to the time of year we booked, we got a tour of vineyards that were partially harvested and then got to see the inner workings of the processing plant. He explained the process of making champagne with passion making it easy to understand and fascinating from start to finish. The tour felt personal and authentic, from visiting the vines to tasting champagnes that reflected the region’s tradition. Paolo made the tour unforgettable — a lovely man who clearly loves what he does! Loved that he text us some of the valuable information that we were scared of forgetting as well. Paulo provided us with a most informative personalised tour with a door to door pickup service that was greatly appreciated. The tour included a visit to a vineyard where an excellent introduction to aspects of viticulture were shared from his considerable experience.
