Don’t miss it! We toured Omaha/Utah prior to this tour and it was a great way to pull everything together and demonstrate how DDay was a huge team effort. Our guide, Eric, was outstanding and provided a treasure trove of information in an understandable and logical sequence. His “before and after” photos made you feel like you were really there and his map helped us grasp the bigger picture easily. Thanks, Eric, for taking us on another great Viator tour!

Our tour guide was Kate, whom I’d say is a quintessential guide who has boundless knowledge with respect to DDay and its beaches. Our day was spent seeing all the important sites that relate to Juno beach, and all subsequent battles. Our tour was fully comprehensive, and feel we didn’t miss out on anything whatsoever. It was well paced, but not rushed. Our guide Kate is most likely the most knowledgeable person to answer all your questions on the history of the region (beyond WW2). If you wish to have the best guide in Normandy, look no further then her Our day was like no other!

Our guide Matthew brought the day to life for us. His love of history, and his interest and knowledge of WWII in particular, shone through as he shared stories and information throughout the day. His knowledge level was impressive and he answered all of the group’s questions. This small group tour format was perfect and well worth the price.
