What you'll do
Enjoy a small and personal 70 minute intermediate level yoga class with beautiful views of Sunrise beach, Koh Talang island & the sea. The 17:00 pm class is an intermediate levels rocket inspired slow flow with modifications for anything too intense. We will begin by flowing through several rounds of sun salutations to get you warmed up before taking standing postures, balancing postures & seated postures. We will finish with some deep relaxation & a short meditation. (Please note that this class is higher level but modified options are offered for anyone relatively new to yoga) Please note that this class can only be booked for the 17:00pm time slot despite earlier time options listed on the viator listings page. Please select the 17:00 pm option when booking your class to avoid any confusion. Thank you!

Me and my wife did not find many activities to do on Koh Lipe island but found this one - not so far away from our hotel. As we both are beginners in yoga, Keirita guaranteed that we will make it through. We were a group of six people - some were more advanced but the session was meant for any level of skill. We both liked it and suggest sunset or sunrise yoga sessions to stretch out sore muscles from travelling.
The evening class was amazing. It was a strong class but many variations were given to accommodate all levels, beautiful space on the beach, would highly recommend.
I never had a Yoga class in such a beautiful location. And Keira is an awesome teacher. She adapts the class to the level and need of the class. I went there every day during my stay, because it was so nice. It was challenging and relaxing at the same time. Can highly recommend Keirita‘s Yoga to everyone going to Koh Lipe.
Did some afternoon classes yoga and diving with Keira. I really enjoyed the lessons, very professional, gives you modified options so good for any level of yoga you can make it as hard of easy as you like; and good communication too. Lovely girl and she will help you out with any questions about yoga, diving or on the island Lipe.
Looking for a great yoga experience, look no further and take classes with Keira! She is the best yoga teacher ever, no matter if you are a beginner advanced or pro she will show you how to improve! I can highly recommend Keira!
I originally planned to take just one yoga class (out of curiosity) but I ended up coming back everyday for a private session until I left the island! Keira's instruction is super methodical and balanced. She knows when to push but is also conscious of one's limits. On just my second session, she made me do a headstand which was really impressive. She is patient and soft-spoken and made yoga less intimidating for me. When the weather permitted, she organized an outdoor sunset yoga overlooking one of the most beautiful views of Sunrise Beach. This definitely counts as one of my most unforgettable experience. I couldn't go back soon enough.
We had a wonderful experience at Keira’s Yoga studio. She is very friendly and although we took a group class it felt very private. Keira made time for everyone, helping everyone in their yoga poses when needed. Highly recommend when you are visiting Ko Lipe!
