Vad du får göra
Efter att ha träffats på stranden gör vi i ordning dig med din utrustning. Valet av båttyp (öppen eller stängd kajak) bestäms av arrangörerna, beroende på väder eller årstid. Du får en säkerhetsintroduktion och en kort lektion om hur man använder paddeln. Efter introduktionen börjar vi vid Spiaggia delle Acque Calde och paddlar längs ön Vulcanos östkust. Vi ska stanna vid flera grottor, paddla genom valv, utforska en termisk grotta och paddla genom ytterligare en med turkost vatten. Vi kommer att stanna vid utsedda platser och om du vill kan du ta ett dopp i det kristallklara vattnet och snorkla. På vägen tillbaka passerar vi fumarolerna (vulkanisk aktivitet i vattnet) som du kan se bubbla i vattnet. Vi avslutar vår resa tillbaka vid vår bas.

Sicily in Kayak is an unmissable experience while in Vulcano. We highly recommend it. It provides you with a unique view of the coastline, caves and fumaroles that cannot be accessed by swimming or boat. Eugenio was very knowledgeable and passionate about kayaking. Sicily in kayak trip was FANTASTIC - thanks to Eugenio!!! 1. He is an excellent guide, intimately familiar with the area; expert at "reading the sea" 2. Eugenio is safe and conservative (where it is necessary) - he turned our group around (changed plans) when weather was not cooperating 3. His equipment is in a very good shape (it is very important and should not be taken for granted) 4. Siculy-in-in-kayak pre-trip questionare is very important: 6 day trip is not for beginners. To me this is a good sign - safety is taken seriously. 5. Eugenio is pleasure to deal with (friendly, good sense of humor). HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
Amazing experience to really enjoy Eolian's Islands. Eugenio is not only a kayaker, he is an expert guide who knows a lot of peculiarities and places. We had a sunrise experience at Vulcano. Really recommended, it is worth every single cent.

A wonderful 6 day experience along the coastline of Vulcano, Lipari and Salina + one night tour / rehearsal how to lead and stay in a group in darkness. The guide Eugenio had planned the schedule of the week very geniously; kayakin in tens of caves, rockgardening, tourpaddling and visiting little towns Lipari and Santa Marina Salina. During a tour we encountered 4 dolphins and one lonely but friendly donkey Rocca. The accommodation was good and we were taken to the restaurants and local places were we tasted the most delicious dishes and specialities. Luckily we had some free time too and opportunity to hike up to the Vulcano to see the caldera and huge views. Swimming in the caves and bubbling hot water was so cool. I warmly and sincerely suggest Eugenio’s tours for beginners and more experienced kayakers too!
I’ve been on a few kayak tours, and this was far and away the best experience I’ve had. Eugeno went above and beyond anything I could have expected to make the tour comfortable, safe, and fun. First, I’m 6’5” and 270 lbs. it’s hard to find a sit-inside sea kayak that will fit me, especially in Italy. Eugeno found a kayak and modified it to fit me. They also have all of the skills and gear to keep you safe. I found this out first hand when I capsized. Eugeno guided me through a T-rescue, and I was back in my boat quickly and safely, and enjoyed the rest of the tour. The tours themselves were fantastic. First, my wife and I did the sunset tour to Lipari and the sea arches. It was beautiful and great fun paddling through the arches. The second day we brought some of my in-laws with us on the sea caves tour. Again, beautiful scenery and lots of fun seeing the caves.
The kayak tour was an absolutely wonderful experience that I I highly recommend. Our guide, Eugenio, was fantastic!!!
