Khan Al-Khalili Bazaar
Egypten var säte för de islamiska kungarna och många arabiska muslimska kungar som bodde där kom till det. Den första moskén i Afrika byggdes här i Kairo. Det är också känt som landet med de tusen minareterna. Sedan, för att slutföra rundturen i Gamla stan, tar vi dig längs alla de mindre kända lokala platserna som måste ses: Old Market Hidden Gems, Old Cairo Hidden Galleries och Cairo Food är endast för lokalbefolkningen; inga turister känner till dem, och det finns fler ställen att ta bilder. I went to Egypt expecting endless desert, huge pyramids, and nonstop history lessons. I thought it would feel like a museum — impressive but distant. What I actually experienced was so much more alive. Yes, the Pyramids of Giza are even bigger in person and standing inside the Great Pyramid took my breath away. But it was the small moments that exceeded my expectations: sailing on the Nile at sunset in Aswan, getting lost in the chaos of Khan El Khalili bazaar, it was awesome 👌 The part that surprised me most was Luxor. I expected just old ruins, but walking through Karnak Temple at night with lights and sound made me feel like I’d time-traveled. No photo prepares you for that scale. Overall, the trip went far beyond my expectations because Egypt isn’t just about monuments — it’s about the people, the energy, and the feeling that history is still breathing there. If I could go again, I’d spend more days on a Nile cruise and learn a few Arabic phrases before I land. Awesome, speechless.Excellent........t.
The guide was very knowledgeable and we enjoyed the tour to the parts of Cairo usually missed greatly.
We did 2 tours with Kareem. Alexandria and Saqqara & Giza. It was seamlessly organized by him as per our likes. His explanation was simple. He also gave us the best food experience in a local way. Would recommend you to go ahead with him and his company

Recently we have travelled to Egypt on a family vacation and Karim was our tour guide for the duration of our stay. I must say that he's been nothing but exceptional as a guide and paid attention to detail in explaining everything and showing us around Cairo, Alexandria and Giza. He has in own itinerary that does not follow the usual path which has made our visit to the pyramids and the museums exceptional experience. He's an amazing gentleman, who had done everything and beyond his capacity to give us the best experience. He was very friendly to my 6 year old and at times would play with him so that he would feel included. He has in own peculiar way(using movie references) of explaining Egyptian history that got us hooked and understand the culture/history in a better way. He was one of main reasons that made our trip memorable and would love to recommend him/his services to anyone in a heartbeat. In future, if and when we plan to go back to Egypt and explore other parts. We have no second thoughts on who our guide would be.
Karim is a wonderful tour guide with whom I spent a whole day with my family. He showed us wonderful places in Islamic Cairo and told us fantastic stories. Thanks to him, Cairo became my favorite city, where I would go back anytime. I highly recommend him if you are interested in the history of Cairo.
