Puissalicon
Depois de uma viagem de 20 minutos desde o nosso ponto de encontro no posto de turismo de Béziers, chegaremos à encantadora pequena aldeia de Puissalicon, onde as suas ruas estreitas seguem a forma circular das antigas muralhas do seu castelo feudal do século XIV. Não muito longe de Puissalicon, visitaremos a primeira quinta do nosso Wine Tour onde poderá descobrir o cultivo da vinha, as suas diferentes castas, as técnicas de vinificação, seguida de uma prova dos vinhos da quinta. A visita durará aproximadamente 50 minutos neste enólogo.

Faugeres
Da nossa primeira quinta, após cerca de 15 minutos de pequenas estradas pitorescas, iremos em direcção à aldeia de Faugères, com o seu magnífico terroir e a sua designação AOP (Denominação de Origem Protegida) Faugères “Grandes vinhos da natureza”. Iremos conhecer a nossa 2ª quinta, onde poderá tomar conhecimento de toda a riqueza deste terroir de xisto, que traz frescura ao vinho apesar das altas temperaturas no verão. Você poderá conversar com o enólogo que o fará provar uma seleção de seus vinhos. Tempo aproximado neste enólogo: 50 minutos. Em seguida, pegaremos o caminho de volta ao nosso ponto de encontro por aproximadamente 40 minutos.

Laurent was a fantastic host for our wine tour. He is clearly very passionate and knowledgeable about wine, and was easy to speak to and ask questions. A very warm and personable guide.
Excellent Day out. Really personal feel to it. You get a real sense of your guide's keen interest in the wine and people of the area. Highlight of our week in Bezier. Fantastic tour with a very nice and skilled guide. A tour with not only wine tasting but also very nice atmosphere. Been to similar trips before, and this was really extra.
Lawrence was an excellent guide. The transport was clean and comfortable. He was very knowledgeable about the area. The wineries we visited were great examples of the area.
We went on a tour around North Beziers. Laurent was amazing and his English is brilliant! He picked us up from our accommodation in his very well air conditioned (very much needed on a day like today) and very comfortable van. He gave us a running commentary of the region and what makes the wine from this area so special. He took us to 2 vineyards and stopped at the most beautiful viewing point in between. I could not recommend this tour highly enough! It lasted around 4 hours, starting at 2pm.
Our guide Laurent took us out on a tour north of Béziers to visit a couple of small vineyards. He shared of his knowledge about the areas while he drove us through endless fields of grapes. First we visited La Folie Vigneronne and learned a lot about their history and current way of working. We also got to taste many of their excellent vines. Then Laurent drove us to Sarabande Vingeronne where we also got tot taste their great wines and also their own gin. After that we went to a vine bar with lots of local vines. All in all it was a great experience and we highly recommend it to anyone who likes vine and good company.
We as a group booked a tasting tour with Laurent OC Wine Tours from the Office de Tourisme in Beziers- he was so knowledgeable and passionate for the region and their ancient wine culture . We visited two local vineyards in the Faugeres area and were most impressed by the hosts and their commitment to quality and exceptional wines . We capped a great afternoon off when Laurent brought us to the best view in the Herault department . He was very great host and guide - very friendly and we cannot recommend him highly enough!
