Olbia: Pasta and Tiramisu Class in a Local Home by Cesarine

Fun experience with Tomaso, we learned to make 2 pastas , I was little disappointed as we did not make raviolis or the fact we didn’t make the sauce but that was momentarily. Tomaso made the experience enjoyable and the backdrop of scenery was stunning. Best views and delicious home cooked meal !

The pasta making and tiramisu class with Tomaso was amazing! From the delicious antipasti and wine to being welcomed into his beautiful family home, the whole experience felt so warm and authentic. We learned how to make gnocchi and other traditional pastas, and Tomaso was incredibly attentive, patient, and encouraging throughout, making sure we were learning everything correctly. The homemade pasta was delicious, and finishing with a traditional Sardinian liqueur was the perfect touch. Tomaso was such a welcoming and wonderful host. I’d highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for an authentic and memorable Italian cooking experience!

We had an amazing experience at Tomaso’s home. Our cooking class was as private as it gets, with just the two of us and Tomaso. He gave us such a warm welcome with coffee and some traditional snacks, including figs from his own garden. We made Tallutzas and gnocchetti sardi from scratch, which he served with tomato and sage sauces. In between courses, he spoiled us with wine and a delicious cheese and charcuterie board. Then he showed us how to make a traditional Italian tiramisu, which we happily gobbled up later on. Our lunch ended with Tomaso’s homemade limoncello. The view over the vineyards and olive groves was spectacular! All in all, we can highly recommend this experience - delicious food and a fabulous host!

We had such an amazing time at the Olbia Pasta and Tiramisu Class in a Local Home by Cesarine! ❤️❤️ We were 3 friends and it was our first cooking class, and honestly, it was one of the highlights of our trip to Sardinia! We especially loved that it was a private class, so it felt really personal and relaxed. Tommaso was amazing! so kind, welcoming and generous. He taught us the basics of making traditional Sardinian pasta and tiramisu, and we felt so welcomed in his lovely home. Such a fun and authentic experience, and we would definitely recommend it. Truly worth every penny!

Tomaso was an excellent host who greeted us with a charcuterie board and white wine. We made two types of pasta and one tiramisu - all absolutely delicious and he made the class fun. The setting for the class was stunning and it is set in the countryside with mountainous views. 10/10 recommend!
