O que vai fazer
Durante a atividade no Stellar Bali Cooking Class, os viajantes desfrutarão de uma experiência culinária prática autêntica guiada por chefs balineses locais amigáveis. A aula começa com uma calorosa recepção e introdução à cultura balinesa, especiarias tradicionais, ervas e técnicas de cozinha usadas na cozinha local diária. Os hóspedes prepararão pratos deliciosos a partir do zero em um ambiente divertido, interativo e relaxante adequado para iniciantes e amantes de comida de todos os níveis de habilidade. Os participantes podem escolher um de três menus especiais: Fish Special, Chicken Special ou Vegan Special. 1). O Fish Special inclui Satay Ikan Lilit, Mujair Nyat-Nyat, Plecing Gonda, arroz, Sambal Kecombrang e sobremesas tradicionais. 2). O Chicken Special apresenta Satay Lilit Ayam, Ayam Betutu, Sayur Don Singkong, arroz, Sambal Matah e doces balineses. 3). O Vegan Special inclui Jukut Serombotan, Pecak Terong, Tempe Medadah, arroz, Sambal Embe e sobremesa. Depois de cozinhar, os hóspedes desfrutarão das refeições que prepararam juntos enquanto experimentam a verdadeira hospitalidade balinesa.

I had such a great time during this cooking class! From the moment I arrived, I felt very welcome. The people were incredibly kind, fun and genuinely involved, which made the whole experience feel really personal. I got lots of personal attention and learned so much about the dishes, the ingredients and the stories behind them. There was plenty of humor throughout the class, which made the atmosphere really relaxed and enjoyable. And the food was absolutely delicious! I especially loved that the dishes are actually things I can make again at home. I also learned new techniques and little tricks that I’ll definitely use to make my own cooking better. And also the location was very nice. After the class I had dinner in a cozy and relaxing setting. Such a lovely experience with wonderful people. I had the best time and would 100% recommend this cooking class to anyone visiting Bali!
An amazing experience that teaches you some lovely Balinese dishes to recreate at home . All of the team were really nice and welcoming and we laughed the afternoon away with dinner at the end . A MUST experience when u are in Bali
They picked us up in a nearby area fast. The whole experience was very nice and the food tasted amazing even my father's dish (he doesn't cook at home hahah). The staff is super friendly and helpful with each step, explaining each one of the fresh ingredients used and how they add the flavours to the dishes.
We had such a lovely experience here. Me and my partner are travelling from Ubud to Uluwatu so decided to go to cooking class. we had to find another driver short notice so we were a bit late but the team were very accommodating. They are very knowledgeable and the main lead spoke in english and used to be a chef. We cooked outside and the atmosphere was super relaxed. They are genuinely very nice and kind people and nothing is too much trouble. we made satay chicken, bombom bali and pandan pancakes and were taught how to present. it’s my first cooking class with my partner and it felt very intimate and we got a lot out of it to be able to take back home. you can also eat the food you cook after- my partner wanted some more rice and they happily gave more without charge and you can buy other drinks etc from them if you need them. It was super fun we really recommend them. Thank you so much we had a great time!

Really nice people and delicious food.
We had such a good time, making a lot of good fish dishes and Indonesian desserts. I went here with my 3,5 year old and it was a such a nice experience making Indonesian food together! The place is located rightly beside a rice terass with nice view 😍 Would definitely do this again!
