During the guided tasting, you will be immersed in the art and science of sparkling wine production. Our wine educators will guide you through an exclusive selection of three Tuscan sparkling wines, each produced with a different production method: the classic method, the charmat method and the ancestral method.
This experience will not only allow you to savor the unique flavors of these high-quality sparkling wines, but will also give you an in-depth understanding of the different techniques used in their production. You will be fascinated by the diversity of aromas and complexity that each production method adds to the wine.

Our host showed exceptional knowledge of Italian sparkling wines and easily took us through the wine making processes and the differences in the various Italian regions. The wines she chose for our tasting were magnificent and we no hesitation in recommending this experience. We will book again when next in Siena.
This was an interesting and fun event. We learned about the different ways to make sparkling wine and then tasted 3 very different ones. A fun and helpful experience.
The wine tasting was perhaps our highlight of our visit to Siena! We thoroughly enjoyed the session and our host was extremely knowledgeable, passionate and welcoming; we felt comfortable asking questions and really appreciated this. The wine we tasted was also fantastic too! The atmosphere of the session was relaxed, and we felt completely at ease. The price of the session was very reasonable. Would recommend this to anyone who is visiting the historic center.

My husband and I booked this on a whim with few expectations. What an interesting hour we spent with our host! We learnt a lot and enjoyed chatting about wine and life. The sparking wines we tasted were great and made us think differently about buying wine in future. Highly recommend.

There were 5 adults on this tour ranging from 24 to 65 and we all said we've never learned so much useful (and entertaining) information as we did on this tour. Highly, highly recommend!
This was such a unique way to taste different sparkling wines and learn the concept. If you’re looking for a small family owned business and something intimate this is the place. I’ve been to Siena two separate years and I wish I would’ve had this experience last time too…because of how enjoyable this was. 10/10 recommend.
