What Happens During the Experience
1. Welcome: Begin with a grounding sound ritual and a gentle Oracle of Essences card reading to discover your special essential oil.
2. Discover the World of Essential Oils: Explore a wide selection of natural essential oils and learn how scent influences wellbeing.
3. Guided Scent Exploration: Using your sense of smell and intuition, discover which essential oils resonate most with you.
4. Learn the Art of Blending: Understand the basics of essential oil families, their benefits, and how to combine them.
5. Create Your Personalized Aromatherapy Blend: Design your own self-love blend and craft a natural face & body oil using botanical oils.
6. Set Your Intention & Closing: Infuse your creation with intention with the soothing sound of a Tibetan singing bowl.

Esta experiência também inclui um som de acolhimento suave e uma leitura Essence Oracle, projetada para ajudá-lo a se conectar com as propriedades curativas das plantas. No final do workshop, você levará para casa sua mistura de óleo de corpo de 30ML feita à mão, criada com ingredientes botânicos de alta qualidade. Uma atividade criativa, sensorial e significativa em Ubud para criar um belo souvenir feito à mão de Bali. Duração: 2 horas Tamanho do grupo: 1–4 participantes Inclui: todos os materiais, óleos essenciais e uma mistura de óleo artesanal de 30ML para levar para casa. Nota: O workshop acontece em um pequeno espaço íntimo e não é adequado para cadeiras de rodas ou bebês.

What an incredible experience! Carla is so insightful, kind and thoughtful. What I expected to be a simple oil blending workshop turned into something much more meaningful. It was about connecting with yourself, exploring how different scents make you feel, and creating a blend that feels truly personal. I found the whole experience surprisingly emotional and left feeling uplifted, connected and inspired. Highly recommend! ❤️
An awesome unique event! A quaint setting where you get to spend time with your self "your soul" to create your personal unique blend of essential oils.
The first step into Carlas cozy space felt like home 🤍 I had an intimate essential oil session & was really suprised what was included: Breathing, little sound magic & warm words/ Carlas Aura. My favourite Part was smelling the oils with closed eyes- intuitive & beautiful ways to explore the oils. And the feelings which came up while doing it. I loved every second & the result: My own, unique body oil. Thank you 🥹

This was a truly unique experience - and certainly not the ordinary aromatherapy class. The facilitator skillfully guided us through a wonderful process to prepare our personal aromatherapy-blend for our personal body oil. The approach is unlike (m)any other aromatherapy classes, based on tapping into one’s own intuition and body-wisdom.
