Smooth tour, well looked after, great experience to do with friends, would definitely recommend to anyone
2am pickup was worth it to get a good position to see the most epic sunrise although a bit cloudy. The transfer driver I KADEK was 10/10 for communication and driving skills. The driver of our jeep (did not get his name) was also 10/10. Very careful which was much appreciated. The relaxing hot spring after was icing on the cake. Make sure your wear a jumper and take a rug if u can. It is cold up there. Closed in shoes were not necessary as there was hardly any walking.
Our Driver who picked us up Ikadek was exceptional. Communication 10/10. Assistance 10/10 and driving 20/10. Our jeep driver was great also. Very careful driver. Felt very safe and comfortable on dirt road. Hot springs are a must do. Felt very relaxed. It felt clean also. Would definately recommend.
Our tour driver Ikadek picked us up promptly and was full of energy, even at 2am when driving to Mount Batur. Tour was amazing, sunrise was very pretty and got lots of photos. Hot springs were delightful. Overall great trip!
Prada and Katir were the best. We were celebrating our 40th anniversary and they both went out of their way to make our day special. Prada picked us up at our villa on time and did the major transportation to the hot springs and coffee plantation and Katir picked us up in his jeep and took us to the top of the mountain and made sure we were positioned to see the sunrise and had breakfast and took us to the volcano rock field. He was fantastic I own a business back in the USA and I wish they could work for me. They were great and the trip was fantastic. Don’t miss the opportunity
