Making sushi seemed difficult, but through the experience, I got used to it little by little, and by the end I was able to make it with confidence. The joy of just eating sushi becoming my own work was exceptional, and it was a valuable experience to feel Japan from a different angle than sightseeing.
Joined with friends and laughed loudly while comparing the results to each other. Even if it was a bit uneven, it was fun to see each of them have their own personality. At the end of the trip, I was able to share my own sushi and say, "This is the most enjoyable experience I've ever had in my life."
When I actually made sushi, I realized how delicate the sushi chef's technique was. I experienced the difficulty of noticing it just by watching it, and I had a renewed respect for professional skills. I was able to learn the depth of culture through sushi making.
I participated in a sushi workshop with my children. The process of parents and children working together to make the sushi was fun, and it became a time of constant laughter. The resulting sushi became a special dish as a family memory.

The sightseeing was good, but the sushi making experience was the highlight of the trip. By making sushi myself, I was able to understand the charm of sushi more deeply and spent valuable time as a Japanese cultural experience.
It was such a luxurious experience! The craftsmen teach me very carefully, so I made it for the first time, but it took on a surprising shape, which was nice and delicious. I joined with foreign friends and they loved it and it was a great memory.
