Wat je gaat doen
Ontsnap aan de drukte en breng een dag door bij Cortecorbo Winery, een wijngaard die door een familie wordt beheerd in het hart van Irpinia. U wordt verwelkomd door een lokale wijnmaker en ontdekt het verhaal van een klein wijnhuis dat is geworteld in een van de belangrijkste wijngebieden van Zuid-Italië. Wandel door de wijngaarden en kelder, leer over de traditionele wijnbouw. Geniet vervolgens van een hands-on kookervaring : pizza bereiden in een traditionele houtgestookte oven, net zoals Italianen thuis doen. Na de ervaring kunt u ontspannen met een lange lunch op het platteland, gecombineerd met zes verschillende wijnen van het wijnhuis, waaronder de prestigieuze Taurasi DOCG — een van de meest gevierde rode wijnen van Zuid-Italië, bekend om zijn opmerkelijke verouderingspotentieel. Amazing experience with this family run winery. Absolutely a must go, and worth making a special trip this beautiful area of Italy for this. Antonio and his mother Antonia (and their sweet puppy) were excellent hosts. The vineyard tour was just long enough to appreciate the background of their wine, the cooking experience was engaging and fun, and the wine was delicious! It was a wonderful morning and afternoon - time well spent with a local family that is passionate about their craft. They were extremely accommodating for our 1 year old son who accompanied us. Well worth the fair price for the experience.
Went into this experience with the mindset that this was just a wine tasting event. What we had was an Italian family style wine tasting. We were introduced and informed on the different wines with an explanation and description of each wine. Each wine was unique and is distinctly different - giving you the chance to find out what you enjoy the most. There were multiple small courses of food that consisted of local ingredients and homemade meals offering such a unique experience. I very much enjoyed this experience and the family made a positive memorable impression. I highly recommend and would completely enjoy this wine tasting experience again.

This experience was absolutely amazing. If you stay on the Amalfi Coast please do this. The wine is amazing and the experience was incredible. Antonio, Antonia, and Federico were amazing hosts and you could tell they enjoy what they do. The food was something we’ve never had before and the music was a special addition.
