His wealth of historical knowledge brought the exhibits to life, and he shared fascinating insights that made the experience so much richer. Sam was professional, polite, and incredibly patient throughout the tour. He took the time to answer all our questions and ensured everyone in the group felt included and engaged. Smooth and Enjoyable GEM Tour

Everything went very smoothly from the airport pickup to the GEM visit. Communication on WhatsApp was quick and reliable, which made us feel at ease. Our guide, Ahmed Elsayed, was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He gave us detailed explanations and also made the tour enjoyable by talking about things connected to Japan. We were also taken to a papyrus and perfume shop, but when we said we did not want to visit another shop, he respected that. Overall, we had a very good experience and would happily recommend Ahmed.

Excellent grand museum experience

Our tour guide was very prompt, informative and had a great sense of humour. Easy to talk to and gave us a great tour of the museum. Answered all our questions and also gave us lots of time to wonder. They also met us on time at the door step of our hotel.

Amazing museum and amazing guide !!

Gamal made this visit extra special. No rushing, no pushing along , just pure wonder at the treasures of the GEM museum. This was a fantastic experience. Would 110% recommend this. The place itself is full of wonders. Please spend at least 3 to 4 hours (if not more) here. It is so worth it.
