In such cases, your guide will adapt the itinerary to include an exterior visit of the cathedral and an interior visit of Saint-Séverin Church. Please note that no compensation will be provided under these circumstances.

If you plan on touring Pisa we highly recommend requesting Thibaut from Liv Tours. My wife and I have done numerous tours in different locations throughout the world but Thibaut has our vote for the # 1 tour guide. First off, his love for, and knowledge of his country's history showed on every stop of the tour. He seemed to know the perfect time to arrive at each stop on the tour thus ensuring a short wait to enter. We spent 7 hours on a walking tour and never got bored with his explanation of the different monuments and buildings of Paris. Before entering Notre-Dame "T" spoke about the devastating fire of 2019 and the efforts to restore it back to it's past beauty as well as some of the changes and improvements made to hopefully insure that nothing like 2019 happens again. We learned things from him that we had never heard during most of the news coverage at that time. He took the time to patiently answer all our questions. After a wonderful sightseeing cruise along the Seine we moved onto the Louvre where the most beautiful art work awaited us. T asked us what we were most interested in seeing and of course the Mona Lisa was on our list. T guided us through the museum pointing out other works of art by DaVinci before leading us to the Mona Lisa. When we asked to show us some sculptures he may be most interested in he escorted us to the 3 he thought were most important and then explained the significance of each. Throughout the day he never lost our interest and always insured that we were comfortable. I can honestly say that by the end of the tour we had got to know a little bit about each other and really enjoyed each others company. Our only regret is that we only got to spend 2 1/2 days in that beautiful city. We definitely hope to return to Paris in the future and any tour will undoubtedly be book through Liv Tours.
Our guide was Antoine. He made it the best day! He was so knowledgeable about history, fun facts and was a very engaging story teller. Fantastic!

We had a great tour with Ife. We arrived at the meeting point a bit early and began our tour immediately as we were the only clients. This proved advantageous even though we had an early start; the queues at Notre Dame were already building. Ife gave us an overview of the tour and then led us on an insightful, Bible-referenced tour. His passion for his work was on full display as we marveled at the wood carving depicting the life of Jesus, his tone full of awe and wonder at the life of Jesus and the beauty of Notre Dame.
Ife was our guide for our Notre Dame tour and walking tour. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions. It was a great tour!

She brought the cathedral’s Gothic architecture to life with captivating stories, while keeping a perfect, unhurried pace that allowed time for photos and questions. Her warm, welcoming demeanor made everyone feel included, and her clear insights deepened my appreciation for Notre Dame and its restoration. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Paris.
