Experience Authentic Soba Making in Tokyo Create your own handmade soba from scratch under the guidance of a soba chef. This workshop is held at a professional soba training facility where aspiring soba chefs develop traditional skills. What makes this experience special is the freshness of the soba itself. You will use high-quality soba flour from our on-site milling facility to create authentic handmade soba. In Japan, truly delicious soba is known for “San-tate”: freshly milled, freshly made, and freshly cooked. Here, you can experience all three in one place. During the workshop, learn the essential steps of soba making: mix, roll, and cut. Then make your own soba using traditional tools and techniques. While your handmade soba is freshly cooked by your chef, relax before enjoying it with traditional dipping sauce. Freshly made soba offers a rich aroma, delicate texture, and natural flavor that can only be experienced when all steps come together. A memorable experience for beginners, food lovers, and anyone looking for authentic food culture in Tokyo.
