We booked a half-day tour with guide of the Pyramids and Sphinx for 8th December. We payed US$40. The evening before our visit I received a Whatsapp message from our guide, Mayada. We confirmed pick up time and place which we later had to amend but Mayada was very accommodating. She and her driver met us outside the hotel and after friendly introductions we set off to the Giza Pyramid site which was about 10 minutes drive away. Mayada checked out what we already did/didn't know about the Pyramids and began to fill in the history for us in a very informative and friendly way. As we had to buy entrance tickets she helped us do this. She checked constantly what we most wanted to see and do and importantly what we didn't want to see and do! The whole time she gave interesting facts and insights. We found Mayada to be the perfect guide and would highly recommend doing a tour with her - she was knowledgeable, funny, friendly and entertaing! We would not recommend not having a guide if this is your first visit as you will miss out on so much. Thankyou Mayada!
More archeological knowledge thanks to experience of our guide mr ahmed and our driver Vie2s were very good and first time experience going to the bottom of pyramid
This was my best day in Cairo. From the cleanliness of the car, to the attentiveness of the guide and the driver made my experience much more than I imagined. Had an amazing tour guided by Noha!! There was great communication from the start. We were picked up from our Air Bnb and taken to the museum. While there we were shown around and given fantastic explanations of the artefacts. Noha was very knowledgeable and friendly. She gave great insight to the pieces and helped to navigate the large Museum. Very happy that we booked this tour, as we would have been lost in the Museum without it. At the end of the tour we felt like friends with Noha and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. I would highly recommend.
