   First, we will explore the ancient city of Hierapolis. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site famous for its historical significance, well-preserved ruins, and healing thermal waters. It is a Greco-Roman spa city that attracts visitors seeking treatment in its mineral-rich hot springs. We will visit the Necropolis, one of the largest ancient cemeteries in Anatolia; the Roman Baths; the Domitian Gate; and Frontinus Street, the city’s main road. We will also see the Agora, Byzantium Gate, Triton Fountain, Cathedral, Apollon Temple, Plutonium (an ancient sacred cave), and the Theater. Hierapolis is not just a remarkable archaeological site but also a place of spiritual importance, as it is believed to be where St. Philip the Apostle was martyred.
