Perfect tour. We came in from a cruise ship and wanted a quick sight seeing tour. We really enjoyed it!
I thoroughly enjoyed my walking tour with Walter, who was charming and full of wonderful anecdotes about the history of Cagliari. We walked through many quarters of the old city, and I especially enjoyed the Castello district, with the beautiful cathedral and most interesting crypt. I strongly recommend this tour to someone who wants a good historical overview of the city and a chance to visit special streets and hidden treasures.
This was a very interesting and informative tour. Length was perfect and Ben did a great job! He was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to spend the time with with while learning about Corsica.
Benjamin was punctual and polite and spoke good English. He took care to ask us about our interests and he delivered on what we asked for. He gave us both general facts about Bastia and Corsica (economy, history, demographics, politics, plant and animal life) and shared his personal experiences and opinions. He packed a lot into the two hours and even overran a little, with our agreement. A charming (and probably under-valued!) guide.
We loved this walking tour! Ben was wonderful, he showed us the best that Bastia had to offer and tailored the tour to what we were hoping for (we love explore Europe's churches). We had a great time and would highly recommend this to anyone looking to have a wonderful time in Bastia!
It was truly special to walk the streets of Bastia with a real local. Jennifer was authentic and fantastic. Not a “touristy” tour at all. Kind of felt like we were with a friend of a friend who was happy to show us around her city. We highly recommend this if you’re ready for a tour without the headphones!
