The tour was great. Patrica was very knowledgeable and made it fun. Telling the group not only about the "notes" on the wine, but also a little bit about the heritage. What started out to be a tour with 6 strangers, ended up being a fun evening with 6 new friends from Sweden. The highlight was sitting around the table at the restaurant enjoying both the wine and the food pairing. Just a really fun night. Thanks Patricia for a very memorable evening.
I have done a few food and wine tours, and this was by far the best I’ve ever done! I learned lots about the history of Menton, saw some great sights, and sampled amazing foods and wines (and limoncello). Patricia was a fantastic guide, and had us connecting with other members of the group, who felt like friends by the end of it. This tour is a must-do if you are in Menton!
Patricia was a superb host, extremely knowledgable and great company. The value for money was superb - we enjoyed a wide variety of different wines and learnt about how to recognise fruit and spice flavours as well as how to pair each wine with specific cheeses, some of which totally transformed the flavours. There was enough complimentary food to ensure that it was a well-balanced experience and we were able to fully enjoy all of the different wines. Highly recommend, highlight of our stay so far. Patricia really makes you feel welcome during the tasting and knows the best spots in Menton. It was a cozy evening filled with great company. We really enjoyed getting to know the other couple in our group. I learned a lot about different wines and was pleasantly surprised by all the food pairings.
