Matt was a great guide. Knowledgeable and warm, never pushy or too much. We learned a lot in a very organic way, and I felt very taken care of as a guest from the meeting spot to him taking the time to walk us back to the train and what track to take to get back. So fun!
Fantastic experience. It was great getting some historical background and facts rather than wandering with no guidance. Absolutely would book another tour with this group.
Min was amazing. No question went unanswered. He had an easy way about him making it a great experience.
Clara was very knowledgeable! She first explained how the tour would be conducted, and that she was willing to make adjustments to accommodate our needs. The price of the tour included tickets to enter, and the ability to SKIP THE LONG LINE!!! She then handed out headsets so we could easily hear her. Once in, she guided us around the crowds to spots where we could stop and listen to her explanation of the subject matter. Her communication style kept it amusing and entertaining. I highly recommend this tour, and Clara as your guide.
