The Land of Legends Night Show with Roundtrip Transfer from Kemer

We were informed to wait outside hotel for 6pm near security gate. Advised of a maximum 10 minutes waits. Did not arrive for 40 minutes. Standing outside in heat we said why could we not wait in lobby was told driver only collects from gate outside hotel. The trip was from Kemer to Land of Legends. Therefore all passengers should be on bus from Kemer on route to park. In Antalya they choose to collect two more groups of passengers thus delaying our arrival at the park. We were on the bus for almost 3 hours and passengers already on bus were disappointed as they said they were sat 3 hours plus. On Viator we were told we would arrive at 7.30pm we did not get there until 9.15pm. We then only had 2hrs and 45minutes in park. The experience had to be rushed as we had to get a quick bite to eat and then rush to find a spot to watch the show for 10pm. No spots available by this time. Very bad service we were with a baby and their failure to stick to timings meant his meal time was delayed.
