Overwhelms the senses! Most opulent over the top excess of wealth ever seen. Wonderful tour guide. Get tickets in advance. The lines were crazy after we left.
Ruben did a great job of explaining the highlights, enjoyed the tour. Lots of history, catered well to family.
The guide was easy to find and skipping the line was much appreciated. We were glad to have the guide who could provide more information than we would have had on our own.

We were guided by Rubén, who was both very punctual and very polite. Our party of 4 wasn’t one of the fastest walkers, as we have a family member who is differently-abled. This didn’t, at all, affect how well-paced, informative, and enjoyable the experience was. Overall a very great tour of the Royal Palace, all thanks to our great guide!
We really enjoyed the small group tour with Ruben! He’s very knowledgeable about the palace and the royal family. And he’s courteous to the palace rules. He welcomed questions and was genuinely nice. If history and details are important to you, I highly recommend this tour.
