We booked Captain Stewy's two-stop snorkeling trip on the very first day of our vacation, and it ended up being such an incredible experience that we came back again on the last day for a one-stop snorkel trip and a visit to the sandbar! Our group ranged in age from 13 to 70, and Captain Stewey was amazing with every single person. Before we even got on the boat, he took the time to make sure everyone's gear fit properly and that everyone felt comfortable and prepared. Throughout the trip, he was informative, engaging, and clearly passionate about what he does. The snorkeling spots were absolutely beautiful, the music on the boat was perfect, and Captain Stewey even took family photos for us so we could focus on enjoying the experience. What impressed me most was how attentive he was to everyone's needs. He went above and beyond to help my 70-year-old mother feel comfortable in the water and made sure she was able to safely enjoy seeing Christ of the Abyss. His patience and kindness gave her the confidence to fully enjoy the experience. When we returned later in the week since he knew we had our two teenage boys, Captain Stewey had even thought ahead and brought a football for them to enjoy at the sandbar. It's those little touches that show how much he genuinely cares about his guests. Captain Stewey clearly loves his job, loves Key Largo, and loves sharing it with visitors.
