This was one of the most fun things we did on the whole trip. Our host took us through all five wines, let us taste each one and explained what each brings, and then basically turned us loose to mess around and build our own blend. That is the whole appeal. You are drinking good wine, learning about the regions as you go and experimenting with combinations to see what works. We bottled ours, put our own label on it and brought it home. Great group activity. We did it with friends and everyone had a brilliant time. Would 100% recommend it.

Linda was the best sommelier to this day. She did an incredible job with teaching us about the history, flavors, depth, and richness about select wines. I will 100% recommend having her as your sommelier. I learned so much about wine via this experience, she was incredibly knowledge and kind.
It was such great fun and Linda was absolutely great!!
