Ecco cosa potete aspettarvi: Relax : Inizia la tua esperienza rilassandoti in una tranquilla e tradizionale stanza Giapponese. Learn & Create : Potrai realizzare a mano 3 diversi tipi di Wagashi (Il menu cambia in base alla stagione) da solo o con il tuo partner. I nostri istruttori dimostreranno chiaramente ogni passo prima di iniziare. Taste & Enjoy : Dopo la cottura, sedetevi con gli altri partecipanti per gustare i vostri dolci fatti a mano insieme a una fresca tazza di tè Matcha cerimoniale, il tutto mentre ammirate la splendida vista sul giardino. Le nostre lezioni sono condotte interamente in Inglese da Guide-interpreti autorizzate, assicurando che tutti i partecipanti – sia parlanti Inglese che non – possano facilmente seguirli e divertirsi. Miho san was a great guide! Apparently I was the only one that booked today so we spoke in Japanese (as I'm practicing my Japanese on this trip) and it was great! I had a lot of fun and enjoyed making the sweets and also seeing the techniques used to make them and the little nuances you don't really find on online recipes. The sweets were also so tasty, I could eat them every day and I'll keep loving them. I recommend this experience to anyone who likes japanese sweets and also to anyone who would like to learn how to make them.
Best mochi class. Our family had an amazing experience. The selection of mochi we made was incredible. Definitely a must do while in Kyoto.
This was a wonderful fun family activity! We were a bit late and our hostess was kind enough to still let us participate. She had us sit and relax with cold water after we have been running and stressed about making it!
We were running late and she took the whole family in to do the class. She didn’t rush even though we ran late getting to the class. The process was fun and easy. Everyone enjoyed themselves and had a different favorite dessert.
My family of 4, 2 adults and 2 kids (ages 6 and 11) had a wonderful time making Japanese desserts with Mihoko. She was so kind and patient with my kids as we made 3 summer desserts together! An absolute highlight of our time in Kyoto and highly recommend this fun, hands on and immersive experience! Thank you for our time together.
Very nice experience in the company of Miho, very welcoming. She gives us all her secrets to making Japanese desserts including the famous Mochi. Everything was very good, if you want to learn the secrets of the recipes of these pastries, I recommend that you book a course at Miho. Merci 😊
