Kuching Wetlands National Park
Inizia un delizioso viaggio verso la foresta di mangrovie, godendo di un'esperienza tranquilla immersa nella natura. Lungo la strada, si possono avvistare creature affascinanti come i saltafango, varie specie di uccelli, coccodrilli di acqua salata e macachi giocosi. Successivamente, prosegui verso l'area del Mar Cinese Meridionale, tenendo d'occhio l'inafferrabile delfino dell'Irrawaddy, noto anche come delfino pinna snub. Mentre il viaggio prosegue, ci si sposta attraverso corsi d'acqua e estuari di mangrovie, osservando la ricca diversità della fauna selvatica che chiama questo lussureggiante ecosistema casa. Tra le specie più importanti spicca l'iconica scimmia proboscide, spesso vista lungo le frange delle mangrovie.

We were lucky enough to get the best tour guises for our trip to the wetlands. The elderly lady (sorry don’t know her name!) has been a tour guide since 1986 and had exceptional knowledge on everything! She made the tour a lot of fun. The other tour guide was great with navigation and finding all the animals which we saw all of them. A fantastic experience, would recommend. Also clear communication- you get their WhatsApp as soon as you book, and could have altered the booking earlier. Also note we had others in our group that booked with another company- boat was not as comfortable/ nor was the car they were in. They also didn’t see as many animals as us.
Great experience! We saw dolphins, proboscis and macaques monkeys, baby crocs! Jessica was a great guide! Pick up was very easy from our hotel in Kuching! Highly recommend!
My parents and I went on the 2D1N Lemanak River longhouse tour from 7-8 Jul 2026 and the wildlife cruise (sunset) with AJ Borneo on 9 Jul 2026. Not only was the price good, the guides, Maliando (longhouse) and Janice (the boat my parents and I were on for the wildlife cruise) were professional and enthusiastic. Will recommend!
We recently join this Evening Wilflife Cruise package from AJ Bornro Tour Kuching. This is a much recommended tour for anyone including elderly n kids. Transport is provided both ways depending which hotels you stay or at their pick up point if your stay is away from city. We were pick up at Citadines. The drive is about 1 hr to the jetty point. Appreciation of thanks to Umi Norzie Allizha, the tour guide, she also is the driver. She is knowlegeable n you feel very comfort with her as she really take good care of everyone. The transport is very clean, comfort n life jackets are provided too, new n clean too. The boat is very comfort, clean n they provide mineral water n light snacks. We are able to see the dolphins, crocodile. Mt. Santubong, 2 big jelly fish came next to the boat and we had full view to the delight of the kids. There is fireflies but not much unlike the one I see in Kota Belud. Umi, the ever friendly guide even take our photos and send to me, beautifully taken
After departing from the meeting point, we went directly by car to the boat and from there to the national park. Already after a few minutes, we were able to see our first crocodile. We continued with dolphins and other animals, but even without seeing any animals, the trip through the mangroves is a fantastic experience.
