We used the London Minicab service for our recent return trip to Heathrow. I can not praise this company enough. It is the only car service we will use in London. The owner Anthony, works with you personally. Every communication is timely, detailed and helpful. All of the drivers we have worked with are fantastic. Thank you to Ali, our latest excellent driver! It’s so nice to work with a company like this as part of our trip planning, and know we never have to worry about timely pickup, quality of vehicles and professionalism if the drivers. We can always count on them. Just superb!!!
Checked out a bunch of companies and London Minicab (owner Anthony very responsive) was the best fit for us! 3 adults, 1 child, lots of luggage, stroller, etc. They were able to provide a booster seat as well! Our flight was delayed leaving and I was slightly worried (for no reason), they are watching your flight status and adjusting pick-up time on their own. We were sent driver ID ahead of time. Ilio was at the airport on time, the van was spotless and so comfortable after a long night of traveling! He dropped us at our hotel in Kensington and came back the next afternoon to transfer us to Covent Garden. Great experience & peace of mind while traveling! Wouldn't hesitate to book again.

We have used this company twice when visiting London. Anthony Delicata is great to work with - and our transportation needs from Heathrow Airport to downtown London on both occasions was absolutely flawless. We highly recommend this means of transport in getting from the airport to any place in London. Wonderful service - professional driver - great communication. We had several concerns about flight changes and Mr. Delicata was extremely responsive in letting us know he was tracking our travels. Can not say enough about this company.
Illio picked us up from Heathrow and was also our return a few days later. He was punctual, assisted with luggage and engaged on the trip. Easy to find at Heathrow and stayed in touch during landing. Would book again in future.
I have used London Minicab Service for many years now and have never been disappointed with their service. They are always on time (mostly 5-10 min early and happy to wait), very pleasant and friendly drivers, and the cars are always impeccably presented. Anthony always responds promptly with quotes and questions via email and although the service is a little more expensive than some Minicab companies, it is well worth it for the service you get.
