Big brother travel

I don’t really know where to start with the praise. We booked the valley of the kings , and other Luxor highlights a few months before our trip. Mohammed was extremely helpful and his responses were quick. We had settled on a 7am pickup from our boat in Luxor. A couple of days before the big day we realised we had made a huge mistake and would not be getting into Luxor till 4pm. Mohammed was nothing but helpful when we contacted him and he agreed to pick us up in edfu so we could still enjoy our day, and we could meet the boat when it got into Luxor later that day. The driver arrived promptly and we had the most amazing tour guide in Amal. She is an absolute fountain of knowledge and went out of her way to ensure our happiness and comfort, from taking stunning photos, to treating us to a refreshing glass of sugarcane juice. Mohammed had spoken with the reception team on the boat and knew exactly where they would be mooring, the whole day was stress free and we couldn’t have felt safer. We will definitely use big brother again and can’t wait to see the lovely Amal again

We had a brilliant time visiting the Valley of the Kings, Valley of the Queens, Hatshepsut Temple, Habu Temple, and colossi of Memnon with Big Brother Travel. Nothing was too much trouble and thanks to Muhammad for helping us when our itinerary changed. I would highly recommend this tour company and we will 100% use them for all our tours when we visit again.

An absolutely amazing experience with Mohamed! Please, if you're considering anyone, with honest and very good pricing, consider Mohamed. I used Mohamed 4 out of the 5 days I was in luxor. 1. Airport pickup - punctual, friendly and straight away talking about the history of luxor. 2. West bank driver. Mohamed drove me to all the west bank main sites and waited in the car whilst I visited, this took away all the stress and logistics of finding my way around. (Tour guide is an option but I just used the driver service) 3. Mohamed drove me the 1 hour drive north to Dendera and the temple of hathor. By far my favourite temple. 4. I was collected and driven to the bus station, and we were too early so he bought me a coffee so that I wasn't waiting too long alone. Mohamed repeatedly told me that if I ever needed anything, to please contact him and he would help. That also takes a lot of stress off a solo traveler, I never needed to ask or request anything extra but I can be 100% sure that Mohammed would have come to help. Everything on my itinerary was agreed per WhatsApp before I landed in Egypt and everything ran smoothly like clockwork. Always early for pickups, very high standard of car, excellent English, and super friendly. I will be recommending to everyone visiting Egypt to contact Big brother travel. The next time I'm back in Egypt, I wouldn't think twice about messaging him! Thanks again Mohammed!

I never write reviews, but I am making a total exception for BIG BROTHER. They are a truly fantastic team run by Mohammed, and both my husband and I are in total agreement that meeting him made our visit to Luxor so special. We used his Big Brother service every day of our stay. Mohammed organised our air-conditioned transportation to and from the airport, a felucca ride at sunset, a tour of the Valley of the Kings, the Nobles, the Artisans, and the Temple of Hatshepsut, and provided an excellent Egyptologist to guide us around Karnak temple at 6 am. There is nothing this man cannot organise. He is a genuinely friendly and thoughtful person who provided exactly what we asked for, was so easy to communicate with on WhatsApp, and we feel lucky to have met him.
