Un cours pratique de navigation d'une journée dans le Peak District conçu pour vous donner un avant-goût des compétences dont vous avez besoin pour explorer les pistes et les sentiers du Royaume-Uni. Destiné aux débutants souhaitant commencer des promenades autoguidées dans les collines, notre cours de navigation Right Way In A Day offre une bonne introduction aux principes de base de la navigation. Basé dans notre centre de formation, The Adventure Hub - au cœur du Peak District, vous serez parfaitement situé pour vous lancer dans les belles collines et la lande où vous passerez la majeure partie de votre journée. Vous développerez des connaissances dans la théorie et l'utilisation des cartes, des références de grille, des échelles et des droits de passage et tous les outils pratiques de navigation, y compris l'utilisation d'une boussole pour définir la carte et vérifier la direction.

Great two day practical navigation course, our course leaders, Paul on day one and Stephen on day two were friendly and very knowledgeable, making it easy to ask questions. Well balanced between theory and practice of the skill, left feeling ready to plan and get out navigating my own routes. Definitely recommend and will return when ready for the next level of training.
I have just attended the Silver Navigation course with Pure Outdoors. It was a very good two days with lots of skills learnt. Emma and Ollie our two instructors were very good and ensured that we got out on too the moors and put the theory into practice over the two days. I would thoroughly recommend the course and Pure Outdoor.
What a great experience. We were a bit nervous, not ever having done any navigation before. Gavin was a brilliant teacher. He created a great atmosphere and just made the experience so enjoyable. Thoroughly recommend.
Excellent 2 Day Navigation Course (NNAS) Bronze with Pure Outdoor..Having not really touched a compass for nearly 40yrs and since retiring doing a lot more walking was time to update the navigation skills. Great tuition from instructor Rick for the two days at exactly the right level and making it a enjoyable weekend with classroom input going over maps/Kit etc and walking right on the doorstep to put into practice.. Great facilities at the Adventure Hub with free tea and coffee and great communication pre and post course with plenty of parking.. Would definitely recommend Pure Outdoor and instructor Rick if your considering this course or other course/activities offered…I will be looking at the next level silver…..

i recently did the NNAS bronze course, thoroughly enjoyed the two days and rick is an excellent instructor and i will be looking to book the NNAS silver course in the near future. i highly reccomend anyone who wants to learn to use a map/compass, the skills will come in handy for my future hikes.
