I discovered Les Drivers Airport through Get Your Guide, but I booked directly with them as I had a special request. My husband and I were arriving in Lyon by train and wanted to be picked up at the St-Exupery train station, not the airport. Binh In the Les Drivers Airport office was extremely responsive to my request and arranged to have the driver waiting for us on the platform when we got there. The driver was excellent! Very personable, helpful, and drove in a safe manner. I would definitely book with them again!
They provide very prompt response to our queries. The driver is courteuos and professional and they have comfortable car to carry is and our luggages. communication on pick is via whatspp text and it is quite convenient and responsive. we will definitely use their service again when we are in Lyon in future.

Amazing experience. I organized it with Binh, via email, a few days in advance. Binh was very helpful, and followed up on the day of our trip to give me our amazing driver’s name and contact info. Our driver Magid arrived 5 minutes early, helped with our bags, and had the van air conditioning cranking before we got into it. During this heatwave in France, it was most appreciated! He was a professional safe driver and got us where we needed to go without issues. I would not hesitate to recommend Les Drivers Airport to anyone in Lyon who might need driver services. This is the best transportation service in Lyon. The manager Binh made every accomodation to have a vehicle for me when needed. My driver Brian was courteous and very informative when I asked questions about Lyon. I will definitely use this service again when I am in Lyon.
Very friendly and courteous service, even for new customers. Just send an email with the pick-up times and locations you want to be picked up and dropped off at, and you'll receive a quote in no time. When I think back to the hassle of taking a taxi in the past, with everyone taking a different route and charging a different price, it's like night and day. Great value for money. A small deposit is paid in advance and all journeys are carried out, and I only received my bill after returning to Switzerland – that's what I call trust! All the drivers are very friendly, you can talk to them about anything and they are very helpful. The cars are elegant and clean, and water is always offered. I'd be happy to use them again!
