Valley of the Kings
Nous viendrons vous chercher à votre hôtel / Croisière sur le Nil lors d'une excursion d'une journée pour visiter les sites archéologiques de la rive ouest du Nil, y compris (Vallée des rois où vous verrez les tombes préservées appartenant aux rois du nouveau royaume (1500B .C.) y compris le grand souverain Ramsès II, la tombe fascinée du roi Sety I, l'enfant roi Tut Ankh Amon et d'autres tombes.

Temple of Hatshepsut
Nous visiterons le temple funéraire de la reine Hatchepsout, surnommé "le Saint des Saints". Il s’agit de l’un des meilleurs bâtiments architecturaux construits par l’ingénieur Sennmut. la naissance divine de la reine et son expédition commerciale à Punt Land, le temple est principalement dédié au culte du dieu suprême Amon-Ra

Nous visiterons les colosses gigantesques de Memnun, deux statues gigantesques représentant le roi Aménophis III en position assise, avec sa mère et sa femme également.

Luxor Temple
On pense que le temple de Louxor était l'un des festivals de l'Égypte ancienne qui se tenait à l'intérieur du temple car il y a différentes scènes sur les murs représentant la célébration du festival (ipt rset). Sa partie intérieure a été construite par le roi Amenhotep III tandis que la partie extérieure a été construite par le roi Ramsès II. Après être entré dans le temple, vous trouverez une mosquée appelée (Abu Al-Haggag) a été construite sur les ruines d'une église qui ont été construites à l'intérieur du temple. À l'arrière du temple se trouvent des chapelles construites par le roi Amonhotep III et Alexandre le Grand.

The Karnak Temple
Nous vous emmènerons visiter les temples massifs du complexe des temples de Karnak qui comprend un vaste mélange de temples, chapelles, pylônes, obélisques et autres bâtiments. La construction du complexe a commencé sous le règne de Sésostris Ier dans l'Empire du Milieu et s'est poursuivie jusqu'à la période ptolémaïque. C'est un vaste musée à ciel ouvert et le deuxième plus grand site religieux ancien au monde. C'est principalement un lieu de culte pour la triade thébaine (les dieux Amon, son épouse Mut et leur fils Khunso).

We had an amazing time exploring Luxor with Ra. He knows the history inside and out, but what we appreciated most was how easy he made everything feel. He answered all our questions, shared interesting stories, and kept the days fun from start to finish. The part we’ll remember most is how kind he was to our 2-year-old son, Khefren. Luxor in the summer is no joke. The days are long and very hot, but Ra kept Khefren smiling the whole time. He played with him, joked around with him, and made him feel included everywhere we went. It made such a difference for us as parents and turned what could have been a tiring trip into a wonderful family experience. Thank you, Ra, for making our time in Luxor so special. We would recommend you to anyone visiting Egypt without hesitation.
We have just returned from a week a TUI cruise and wanted to see the sights but at our own pace. Before we travelled, I contacted a few local guides and Ra stood out straight away as being very helpful and responsive. Ra guided us in Luxor and we had a great experience from start to finish. On our first full day, we visited the Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut Temple, Medinet Habu and Karnak Temple. Ra was knowledgeable, easy to spend time with and struck a really good balance between explaining the history and giving us space to explore on our own. Ra also organised everything for us in Aswan, including a driver and a boat. In the morning we visited the Unfinished Obelisk, Philae Temple and the Old Cataract Hotel. In the afternoon, we went by boat to Kitchener’s Island and a Nubian village, which was a really memorable part of the trip. When we returned to Luxor, we also visited Dendera Temple, which was another highlight. We always prefer to travel at our own pace rather than in a group, and this worked perfectly for us. Everything was well organised but still felt relaxed and flexible, which made a big difference to our overall experience. If you are looking for a private guide and want to avoid large group tours, I would highly recommend Ra.

Don’t waste time trying to find a guide in the last minute at the entrance of the archeological sites, we did it and tour guides most of the time don’t know much. Ra is knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and gave us lots of insightful advices. He’s great!!!! We learned so much about West side attractions in just one day. Excellent! They offered to pick us up at the airport to make better use of the day and time. Ali was our guide and his service was very personalized, he surprised us for good because we did not expect that. She was aware of us and what we needed to make us comfortable at all times. He knows the whole story very well and tells it with a lot of passion, it is impossible to get bored with him. He is very prudent and respects personal space and does not ask for a tip unlike most places.
