Sendang Gile and Tiu Kelep Waterfall
SENDANG GILE & TIU KELEP WATERFALL Estas dos cascadas se encuentran al pie del monte Rinjani, que también forma parte de las pistas más altas. montar en Lombok. En el camino para entrar en estas cascadas, puede disfrutar del escenario de protegidas que es parte del parque nacional del monte Rinjani. Los árboles dominados en Senaru Village son árboles tropicales. Según la población local, el nombre de Tiu kelep se toma del idioma sasak. "Tiu" significa Pool, y "Kelep" significa volar. Mientras Sendang Gile toma de una leyenda que cuenta la historia de un príncipe que tiene perseguido por un león loco. Corrió hacia un bosque y se escondió detrás de la cascada. Senaru Village

Masjid Bayan Beleq
El sitio de la mezquita más antigua de Lombok, Masjid Kuno Bayan Beleq, se encuentra en Bayan y se dice que data del siglo XVIII, cuando el Islam llegó por primera vez a Lombok. La estructura simple de madera, bambú y techo de palma se asienta sobre una base única de piedras, que está entretejida sin hormigón. Se dice que la religión única Waktu Telu de Lombok se originó en este antiguo sitio de la mezquita.

We did a full day tour with our guide Junaidi and driver Uncle Sam 😊 The drive was long but the guide tells you so much about Lombok, the real life here, and is very honest and informative. The driver is happy to stop somewhere extra on the way if you need. Our guide and driver showed us around the village and local coffe and coconut oil production, where we met lovely hard working families and could try their local produce which is high quality and very affordable. We had a very tasty lunch and toured the beautiful rice fields of Tetebatu. We saw plenty black monkeys and overall really enjoyed the trip. Thank you 🙏
Well worth the trek to get there, its actually not difficult and cooler in the jungle to hike. You're going to see lots on moneys on the path but they are ok
We had a great time on our tour, our guide Yana was very fun, friendly, and helpfull We went for a walk though the forest, saw some well behaved monkeys and went for a swim at the bigger waterfall 10/10 would highly recommend
Jun and his team at Bale Laut Tours were incredible. Jun had mastery of the history and language, Nining was exceptional as a trainee tour guide, and Sam was an expert long-distance driver. We were also assisted by local guide Wadi, who impressed us with his deep knowledge of the sites. We had heaps of laughs and cross-cultural exchange as well! Highly recommended!
What an amazing day, we visited the old village and were made to feel very welcome. Then on to the waterfalls oh wow! We were looked after by the most attentive & beautiful guide Nova who actually did both our tours at our request.

A really nice tour with stunning views of the waterfalls. You also visit a local village made of bamboo and see the first mosque in Lombok before heading to the waterfalls. The hike to the falls is relatively short, and I recommend wearing your swimming gear ahead of time if you plan to take a dip. You can shower under the first waterfall, but it’s not advisable to do so under the second. Be sure to bring water shoes, as you’ll need to cross the river twice. After the hike, you’re treated to lunch, and I must say, it was the best meal we’ve ever had on a tour—lots of food and fantastic flavors. One thing I found odd was that we had a local guide for the hike, but there were also two extra people—one driver and another ‘guide,’ though the latter didn’t join us on the tour. It would seem more efficient, and likely cheaper, to have the driver also act as the guide and then meet the local guide at the destination.
The vegetation of the waterfall was truly breathtaking and out of this world. 100% worth it. The team was really nice and took great care of us!!
