Matteo made all Transfers a wonderful experience. I booked Cruise Port to Hotel in Rome and Hotel to Rome Airport 2 days later. There were 15 passengers with "lots of luggage" and all departure flights did not leave at the same time. Several bookings were required; Matteo and his Drivers handled each one perfectly. Drivers were on-time, personable and professional. The EITAS Immigration Rules recently implemented again, made Ship Debarkation a nightmare. With so much luggage, 30+ pieces, we required 2 Mini Buses and a Van, they all waited until each passenger was off the ship, no one was left behind. The Airport Departures were even more tedious because our 2-Day Post Cruise stay meant additional flight times, no problem for Matteo and Team. One pickup was at 4AM, another at 6AM and the last one was at 11AM; everything went very smoothly and each passenger was perfectly satisfied. Our Transfers were finalized during the Cruise while At-Sea and Matteo still got everything right with perfection. I am a Travel Advisor with Dream Vacations and know "Great Service". Mia Limo will definitely always be my Rome Transfer Service Provider.
What a great way to get all six of us from the busy cruise terminal to Rome and the driver even took each couple to a different hotel so three stops in all. The vehicle allowed all six of us along with all our luggage. Perfect way to make our trip fun!

Three great experiences. FCO to Rome (5 people), Rome to Cruise (7 People), Cruise to FCO (5 and cheaper by a decent amount vs. cruise BUS). Pick up at FCO was outstanding as customs was a MESS! After two hours, we exited, and our driver was right there. I wish i recalled him name because he was amazing and picked us up the other two times also. Rome PU was challenging, two different locations, and some VERY narrow streets. Yet, perfection. Cruise PU was a last minute add by me, but again, flawless despite the port being crazy! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
We used this service on 2 occasions and both were flawless! Our driver at pick up from the cruise port was communicating with us from the time they arrived as well as with our pick up and transfer to the airport. Both services were excellent and would highly recommend and use again!
Great Service! Very responsive
We were a group of 14 and Miami Limo has provided us transportation (Van and Minibus) during our stay in Italy in June 2026. I definitely recommend them. Matteo Peternili was amazing and provided outstanding customer service even during the weekends and afterhours. We had more than 20 transfers from Airport to Hotel, Hotel to Port, Hotel to restaurants and Places of interest (Colosseum, Fontana, Vatican,...) back and forth. They were always on time. I recommend Miami Limo 100%.
