We had an absolutely fantastic day touring the Amalfi Coast with Vincenzo—or Vinnie, as he told us to call him! From beginning to end, Vinnie made the day easy, fun, and memorable. We got to see all the incredible sights along the Amalfi Coast without having to worry about driving ourselves—and after seeing those tiny, winding roads and the traffic, we were VERY happy to leave the driving to Vinnie! What really made the tour special, though, was Vinnie himself. He was friendly, knowledgeable, funny, and knew the area like only a local can. It felt less like being driven around on a tour and more like spending the day exploring the coast with someone who knew exactly where to take us and how to make the most of our time. The highlight was lunch overlooking Positano. Vinnie knew the right people and arranged an incredible table for us with a spectacular panoramic view over all of Positano. Sitting there enjoying lunch with that view spread out below us was one of those moments from our Italy trip that we'll never forget. The Amalfi Coast is breathtaking on its own, but having Vinnie take care of the driving, show us the sights, and add those special touches turned a beautiful day into an exceptional one. If you're looking for a way to experience the Amalfi Coast, ask for Vincenzo—Vinnie! He'll take great care of you. We had an absolute blast. Highly recommended!
Vinny was wonderful! I was with my mother and sister and we had an excellent tour of the Amalfi Coast. The communication was flawless before the tour, the car was comfortable and his driving was impeccable (even on all the twists and turns). But even more important he was fun to hang out with for the day! Vinny had so much cultural knowledge, fun stories and local guidance. He made it so easy to tour on a very busy Sunday in 90 degree heat- he suggested things to do in each stop and even changed on the fly when he realized it was more crowded in certain places. A great mix of driving and hanging out and then going along on our own. A great day- highly recommended!

The thing about tours like this one is that you're going to see many of the same places no matter who you go with. What sets them apart is the quality of guide who takes you there. Thankfully, we got a great one for our recent day on the Amalfi Coast. Actually, we were fortunate enough to get two. Because Vincenzo hurt his foot the night before our tour, he brought along his colleague Guiseppe to do the driving. While Guiseppe skillfully negotiated the narrow, winding roads of the region, Vincenzo did a wonderful job of pointing out and explaining the history and natural beauty along the way. His knowledge and passion for his job and country -- along with his charismatic personality -- made our experience an enjoyable and memorable one. Vincenzo was especially helpful in sending us to Villa Ruffalo in Ravelo, a hidden gem that was a highlight of our tour -- along with the amazing hot chocolate I had at a sidewalk cafe in the town square. At the end of day, Vincenzo felt more like a friend than a tour guide. He even gave us a great restaurant recommendation (Donna Sofia in Sorrento), where my wife and I had an amazing dinner later that evening. We enthusiastically recommend this tour, especially if you're fortunate enough to get Vincenzo as your guide!
